Going bespoke, the process
We start with a no-obligation phone or in-person appointment in my workshop in Bristol.
This initial meeting allows us to get to know each other and discuss your vision for the piece, whether it be an engagement ring, or bespoke piece for yourself or a loved one.
Whether you have a clear design in mind or need inspiration, we will work together to create your dream ring, designing options that fit within your budget and timeline.
Design
If you require us to outsource gemstones, we will order these in and arrange a time for you to either come and view them in person, or if we are working remotely we will send you high quality videos of the gems. To order in the stones, we charge a £50 non-refundable deposit, which will be deducted from the cost of the final piece.
Once the gemstone(s) has been chosen, I will sketch up some designs with ideas for how we can create a new home for your chosen gemstone!
Costing
Once we have a design that you’re happy with, I will provide you with a final quote on the design, and charge a 50% non-refundable down-payment for the ring, allowing me to order in the materials and begin the making process.
Making
The timescale from the start of the making process of the ring to completion is usually between 6-8 weeks, however if you have a date in mind that is before then, please do get in touch and I will do my best to meet your deadline.
Once the ring is ready to collect or ship, we’ll invoice for the remaining balance.
Packaging
Once your bespoke piece is finished, it will be carefully packaged in our signature handmade leather box, ready for gifting or safekeeping.
