To ensure the perfect fit, we recommend visiting your local jeweller for an accurate measurement of your finger size. Alternatively, you can contact us to order a complimentary plastic finger sizer (available in the UK only).
We want you to be completely satisfied with your LSD purchase. If you wish to return a non-customised LSD piece you have bought, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit. Please ensure the piece is returned in its original unworn condition within 30 days of receipt.
Please note that bespoke and customised collection pieces are non-refundable or exchangeable.
While we take great care to craft resilient jewellery, if your piece is in need of repair, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve any issues.
Please note that we do not offer repairs on jewellery that has not been made by us.

If your chosen item is in stock, we will ship it to you the following day. For made-to-order items, please allow a 4-6 week wait between payment and delivery, although it is possible for them to arrive sooner. If you have a specific date in mind, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
