Lara Stafford-Deitsch’s jewellery is handmade by Lara in her workshop in Bristol, and her highly skilled team of local stone setters and engravers. Most of our jewellery is made to order, so delivery can take between 4-6 weeks if the item isn’t in stock. However, we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your parcel’s tracking number. If you need your order sooner than the usual delivery time or by a specific date, please call us at 0117 990 1769, and we will do our best to meet your deadline.
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:
– “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.
– “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
– “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.
We Use Google Analytics, Tag Manager
Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number). We refer to this information as “Order Information.” We use Woocommerce and STRIPE as our payment gateway.
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
All jewellery is packaged in a Lara Stafford-Deitsch branded box.
We use Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service, ensuring your item arrives before 1pm the day after dispatch (notification via email), based on normal working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Your parcel will require a signature upon
receipt, so please ensure someone is available to sign for it.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your LSD purchase. If you wish to return a non-customised LSD piece you have bought, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit. Please ensure the piece is returned in its original unworn condition within 30 days of receipt. Please note that bespoke and customised collection pieces are non-
refundable or exchangeable.
When ordering rings online, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct size is selected. If your ring needs resizing, a £50 fee may apply, and postage costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please note that original postage costs are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty upon receipt.
While we take great care to craft resilient jewellery, if your piece is in need of repair, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve any issues. Please note that we do not offer repairs on jewellery that has not been
made by us.
Faulty items will only be accepted for return if they were delivered damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of delivery. All returned items will be assessed by us. Items showing damage from fair wear and tear or accidental
damage will not be considered faulty. For such items, we offer a full repair service for a small fee to cover repair and shipping costs.

Please return the item to us using a secure, trackable service. For UK customers, we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please note that return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility, and we are not liable for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
To prevent fraud, refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 28 days of receiving the returned item.
If you have received an item as a gift, we will gladly offer an exchange for an item of equal or greater value. Please note that all the above terms still apply to exchange requests.

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it. Please follow the instructions in the ‘Returns and Exchanges’ section upon receipt. Your original
postage costs will be refunded along with the full cost of the item.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Purchases exempt from both the refund and exchange policies, unless structurally faulty, include:
Bespoke pieces (commission work)
Customised pieces (altered from their original design shown online)
Goods are charged at the price shown on the product pages at the time of order placement. While we strive for accuracy, errors and omissions are accepted. Orders will be processed at the published prices; if there is an unexpected price change, we will inform you and give you the option to reconsider your order before proceeding.
All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (£GBP). If you are purchasing from outside the UK, currency exchange rates and credit card fees may affect the amount billed to your card. Lara Stafford-Deitsch reserves the right to adjust prices at any time.
Promotional discount codes may be offered from time to time, either directly or through third parties. These codes can only be applied to full-price items and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
